Pump performance related to the quality and application of pumps, The test methods and equipment for testing pump performance have been many research scholars and experts and manufacturers are concerned about the issue. This paper combines the business needs, on the pump performance test conducted extensive research. This paper reviews the domestic and foreign literature, of the pump flow, head, shaft power, speed of testing principles and testing methods, and the test parameters, error analysis and measurement data acquisition and processing of the theory.Pump performance testing is closely integrated theory and practice of technology, this virtual instrument-based (LabVIEW) platform design of the pump test system, the communication on the use of LabVIEW and the PLC, OPC communications, as well as torque meter sensor and transducer serial communication technology, virtual instrument and multi-lower computer communications, high level of integration. Through the OPC communication, LabVIEW and the PLC realized the data of pump inlet pressure, outlet pressure, flow rate, shaft power be acquired quickly and accurately; by LabVIEW and the torque meter RS232 Serial Communication for precise torque and speed of collection; by LabVIEW and Converter RS485 Serial Communication of the motor frequency control, and improved communication between PC and inverter control. In this paper, pump testing system, flow control application of the PID closed loop control technology. Flow control from the control theoretical analysis of the performance of the system to achieve automatic control of flow. In the measurement data processing, using median filter and a quadratic curve fitting technique, as far as possible from the software to ensure the accuracy of measurements. After the actual detection of the test system to meet the state's B-level precision.In this paper, combined with electrical measuring method of measuring motor efficiency water pump shaft power curve, thus avoiding the loss analysis in the middle of a large number of complex processes, automated test equipment to meet the measurement requirements.Through this thesis research work, especially in the measurement method, communication, precision analysis and data processing of research on the future to improve the accuracy of pump test and automation systems has some practical significance. |
