The movement law of the particles in the self-assembled solution was studied using particle migration model, numerical simulation and experimental verification based on the self-assembly principle.Surface topography of the three-dimensional assemblies was observed.Fluid physics performance was analysed on the basis of heat convection theory. Particle distribution was researched by particle migration theory. It provided theoretical basis for particles flow study. As for the mathematical model, large eddy simulation turbulent model and orthogonal experiment method are applied to discuss the change of particulate concentration with particle size, the mass fraction of particles, viscosity of liquid phase and heating temperature in 9 experiments.Numerical simulations were verified with experimental results.Particles self-assembly process was researched by capillary force driving.Through a lot of calculation, the qualitative and quantitative conclusions are as follows:(1) The average particulate concentration of computational domain is the largest, when the form is 1.25μm in particle size,10% in particles mass fraction,300 mPa·s in liquid phase viscosity and 303K in heating temperature. The numerical simulation results show influence of mass fraction, size, viscosity and heating temperature become smaller.(2) The standard deviation of particulate concentration of computational domain is the smallest, when the form is 1.15μm in particle size,10% in particles mass fraction,400 mPa·s in liquid phase viscosity and 313K in heating temperature. The numerical simulation results show influence of mass fraction, heating temperature, size and viscosity dwindle away.(3) Make range analyze to the numerical results, The more particulate mass fraction, the better average and uniformity particulate concentration. The variation trend of average and standard deviation particulate concentration are fit with particle size, liquid phase viscosity and heating temperature.(4) Consistency of the three of theoretical derivation, numerical calculation, experimental result for the change of particulate concentration.(5)Discuss the mechanisms of three-dimensional self-assembled to the arrangement of particles and analysis the causes for the defect of assemblies.
