With the rapid economic development, environmental pollution is growing, so need more and high-quality energy. Conventional energy resources are:coal, oil, natural gas, which is secondary energy, and non-renewable. Above all in energy consumption in China has surpassed the U.S. and has been becoming the most one in world's energy consumption power century. During the tenth Five years plan in China GDP has maintained growth more than 8 point, and in china the manufactory has formed a simple processing of semi-finished or molded products after manufacturing, so that energy consumption has become a first settle problem. And Chinese current lack of proven oil reserves in 2020 are used, these are only the domestic consumption of around 40 percentile; the other share energy has been fully imported. The ongoing search for alternative energy sources come to a top priority. Solar energy as a renewable energy a safe and reliable, no noise, no pollution, energy widely available, without geographical restrictions, not fuel consumption, no mechanical moving parts, low failure rate, easy maintenance, you can unattended, establishment short cycle, random size, no frame transmission lines, can easily combined with the advantages of the building. The latest technology has been able to increase solar energy conversion efficiency to 60%, electricity generation costs can be reduced to one Yuan, recovery and network projects focus on energy input into national projects. China is also vigorously developing the photovoltaic industry.In this paper, grid-connected solar inverter research, based on the output characteristics of photovoltaic cells, the maximum power tracking algorithm for the general algorithm has been improved, the output part of the inverter combination to a single Processor. Designed a new type for grid inverter, the inverter is only one part of the energy conversion, greatly improving the conversion efficiency, used the high-performance DSP (TMS320F2812) as the core processor, real-time computing SPWM; using transformer to measure AC side voltage; using Hall sensor to collect the current parameters; according to different driving programs, power inverter part of the drive circuit output power levels of different options; low pass passive filter used to adjust parameters to further reduce the harmonic at AC side of the output; communications using CAN bus communication to achieve the multi-machine parallel, more conducive to centralized management of photovoltaic arrays. Testing show that the photovoltaic inverter meeting the relevant requirements.
