In modern warfare, mastering the air can attack the target in air and then possess the initiative in the war. In general, the command of the air is captured by fighters, while the most important weapon of the fighters is AAM. Launch control box is the central control part of the entire missile launch control system, which equivalents to the "brain" of the air-air missile launch control system. Launch control box can real-time control the launch system of air to air missile by sending various control signals. So developing a highly efficient integrated test equipment can carry on performance and reliability testing of launch control box, which is very important to ensure the AAM weapon system in good condition and normal operation.The article proposes overall design of the program based on the analysis of AAM launch control box signal and completes integrated test system hardware architecture and software design. On the hardware system design, the test system used an industrial computer with the PCI bus as the host of the test equipment, and used test-specific I/O board, A/D board and 429 board. It can test each board of the missile launch control box by signal adapter. The signal transmissions of test system are based on RS-232 serial port, I/O board is used to test discrete signals of launch control box, A/D board is used to test analog signals of launch control box, 429 board is used to test the control panel of launch control box, signal adapter is provided with signal isolation, selection and filtering and so on. On the software system design, according to functional requirements of the test equipment, the test programs is developed based on Visual C++6.0 and the Access2003 database, which used the object-oriented procedure design methods. The whole test procedure includes six function modules, which are automatic testing, manual testing, self-test calibration, statistical reports, system maintenance and help system. Automatic testing and manual testing are used to achieve real-time testing launch control box; Self-test calibration is used to achieve the test system's own calibration and maintenance; statistical reports is used to query and display the test results; system maintenance is used to set the login password; permission of test systems and signatures of testers; the help system introduces the test system installation and use instructions.By practice inspection and test, the AAM Integrated Test Equipment can be fast, accurate, comprehensive and effective to detect and diagnosis the fault of each circuit board of the launch control box, which raises the level of automation and provides equipment protection of development and production of circuit board.
