The launch vehicle rocket is the core control component of the liquid fuel carrier rocket power system,related to the success of the rocket launch.China's rocket valve testing test,there is no technologically advanced and functional test system,the development of test systems to promote the production and testing of space valves play a vital role.Based on the combination of theoretical analysis and experimental research,this paper has developed a multi-function automatic valve testing and testing system based on the project of a launch vehicle supporting enterprise.The main contents of this paper are the design and implementation of a liquid fuel rocket valve test system,including the overall design of the valve test system,the control system module research,system software design,system error analysis and system experimental research and so on.The valve test system adopts the joint control of the PLC of the industrial computer,and takes the PID control idea as the core,through the engineering experience setting method,determines the PID control parameter,realizes the rocket valve test system control.At the same time,the Knicker compensation control signal,the static compensation of friction and the zero drift compensation are used to solve the problems such as hysteresis,dead zone and sensor measurement error of PID control.The control precision,response time and stability of the control system are improved Sex.This paper takes into account the environment and factors of the valve test system,analyzes the errors and causes in the process of valve testing,and provides the theoretical basis for improving the accuracy of the test system.In order to verify the effectiveness of the control method of the rocket valve test system proposed in this paper,the rocket valve test system is debugged and tested.The experiment shows that the PID control and all kinds of compensation control can achieve the expected effect and meet the design requirements.The research completed a certain type of rocket valve test system automatic acquisition and control technology and other key technology research,the results of the engineering application in the model and will gradually promote the implementation.Which ensures the reliability of rocket valve test data and testing quality,greatly reduces the manual operation and reduces the labor intensity,and provides valuable theoretical support and practical engineering experience for the follow-up valve automation,digital test and detection research.
