The pressure module is one of the main hydraulic components used in aircraft system, It has a complex structure and used in high-pressure, large-flow, multi-channel, quick-switch hydraulical environment, and have a high requirement in dynamic performance. The huydraulic system will create a greater pressure pulsation, noise and vibration when pressure module cut Sub-hydraulic system. the pressure pulsation, noise and vibration amplitude is not the same in different switch mode. Therefore, how to use advanced design methods, effectively improve its dynamic performance and minimize these negative factors has become a serious problem. The topic for the study of pressure module, firstly, analyzed the hydrodynamic characteristics of the pressure module, found the relationship of Mechanical Behavior between the internal structure of pressure modul and the state of its fluid, and establish AMEsim computer simulation model of the pressure module simulation based on the characteristics of theoretical simulation model. Through the design of test system and testing system, combined with pressure from the actual working state of the module, set up a physics experiment platform, and carried out physical tests on the simulation model to verify the simulation model and its results. compared the results of simulation and real test results, analyzed the reason for the difference, come to some specific factors on dynamic performance of the pressure module. By adjusting the indicators of each factor we can furtherly improve the dynamic characteristics of the pressure module. The research project provides a good idea for the design of hydraulic components and the analysis of its dynamic performance. also provides a reference and basic information for the next higher level research in the improvement of its dynamic performance.
