Zhengzhou yellow-river highway-railway bridge is a extra large-span highway-railway bridge, which is Shiwu railway line for passenger traffic and auxiliary road of new No.107 state highway to span yellow-river. The bridge is the longest highway-railway bridge in the world, and it is planed for double lines for passenger traffic and 6 lines roads. The plan cooperatively adopts highway and railway. The top layer is road and the bottom layer is railway. Zhengzhou yellow-river highway-railway bridge is divided into two units. Total span of the first-unit is 1080m and it is six towers cable-stayed continuous steel truss bridge to span riVer. Total span of the second-unit is 601.9m and it is continuous steel truss bridge locate at bottomland. All of two units ue spatial trusses and three trusses have not vertical bar. The structure of bridge is great originality and in the bridge construction it is for the first time to use in the world.The project scale and difficulty of Zhengzhou yellow-river highway-railway bridge are very great. The bridge's level of difficulty in techniques is higher and time is running short. The main bridge uses spatial trusses and it is brought about difficulty of construction. According to the feature of Zhengzhou yellow-river highway-railway bridge, tde tdesis mainly sudies on construction plan. The main work and innovative points are as follows:(1) To give plan of platform for hole-drilling construction and cofferdam construction in the water. To give plan of bottomland piers construction of hole-drilling and cofferdam construction.(2) To give construction plan of piers shaft and pier cap of railway bridge.(3) Through comparing and seclecting the first-unit construction plan, to confirm incremental launsching construction technique.(4) Through comparing and seclecting the second-unit construction plan, to confirm rail-mounted gantry crane cantilever erection construction technique.(5) To introducing prefabrication and installation plan of highway bridge deck, to introducing installation plan of steel tower and stay cables, to introducing prefabrication and installation plan of railway's ballast slab, to introducing painting plan of steel truss, and so on.
