Research On Post-evaluation Of Comprehensive Management In Muwen River Of Laiwu City

Muwen River belongs to the Yellow River ,also known as the North Branch Dawen River。Mu Wen Riveris the source of Dawen River and upstream reaches and the largest river flowing through Laiwu City. Muwen imports Yellow River by the Dongping Lake.It is the important river of Laiwu City. In recent years, the local government implemented a series of comprehensive river training works, and received great benefits.Muwen River comprehensive treatment project in 1999, and completed in 2008. The project invested 379 million Yuan. This project includes four parts: (1) River training works; (2) Pollution Control Project; (3) Eco-Green Project; (4) Development and Utilization Project. After the comprehensive treatment project, Not only by water-retaining sand, to improve the conditions of industrial and agricultural water use, and the formation of more than 50 kilometers of the landscape corridor. It improved the water environment; beautify the city, fostering sustainable economic and social development in the city, with significant economic and social benefits.There are three main contents in this paper:①Evaluation on the effects of wastewater treatment and water environment quality. Including the amount of new increased water supply; the construction of waste water treatment projects; apply the gray relation method to the comprehensive assessment of Muwen River water quality; research the effects to the amount of the water resoures.②Evaluation on the changes of the ecology and water environment. Including the analysis of the ecology and environment quality before and after the project; adopt the fuzzy comprehensive judgment method to evaluate the waterfronts landscape of Muwen River in Laiwu.③Analysis oc the social and economic benefits of the river channel hardness projects.The main methods in this paper:①On the basis of the poist-evaluation methodsan home ang abroad, propose the evaluation index system incluing the ecology and environment benefits, economic and social benefits.②On the statistics, found the mathematics model. Apply the on-the-spot questionnaire survey and the fuzzy statistical method to define the subjection value.③Adopt the gray relation method to the comprehensive assessment of Muwen River water quality; use the fuzzy comprehensive judgement to the ecology and environment benenfit, apply the method of cost-profit to analysis the social and economic benefits.
