| Traffic and transportation industry is an underpinning to national economy, passenger transportation is an important compositive part of traffic and transportation, and hub is the key tache to passenger transportation. Hub is the joined area of the various transportation modes, and the place for travelers to gather, disperse, transfer and rest, which has very important function of connecting the various transport modes and guaranteeing the smooth transfer of passengers. How to effectively divide cooperation of hub establishment, flown line, function, transfer, and transport management are measures to realize hub passenger transportation harmony, which has relation to exerting the holistic function of hub traffic and transportation system, has relation to leading direction of hub traffic development, has relation to serving level of Passenger transportation, therefore, study the transport harmony of hub passenger transportation has great economic and social benefit, and which will improve the whole benefit of traffic and transportation system, and will take on important effect of passenger traffic network.Harmony problems enter into every aspect of many subjects. Harmonious process is the course of cooperation, negotiation, help, intendance and instruction. Hub is the basic guarantee for passenger transportation, whose development has relation national economy. Hence, after analyzing hub, passenger and harmony, the thesis studies the problems of hub passenger transportation. 5 parts of contents are presented as follows.(1) Studied on passenger comprehensive hub (PCH) transportation harmonious theory. The thesis analyzed the concepts of hub and harmony, discussed the division, basic characteristic, function and developing process of hubs, brought forward basic principles of harmonious theory, and exerted systemic scientific thought to study theoretical gist, characteristic and principium, analyzed qualifications, contents and methods of passenger transportation harmony, established transportation harmonious model of PCH. Analyzed passenger hub capacity, organization and management, policy and rule, transportation information between and and inter traffic modes.(2) Analyzed on programming and location choice of PCH. Studied programming harmony, capacity harmony, and location choice harmony of PCH. The thesis pointed out principles, theories and methods of programming harmony, analyzed mechanism, principium and influencing factor, established double programming model of capacity harmony under the condition of restriction and nonrestraint, summarized processes, methods, sutra models and arithmetic, brought forward location choice harmony model which satisfied traffic demands.(3) Studied on establishment and arming harmony of PCH. Analzed scales of transport establishment form 5 espects of vehicle, station, gather and disperse, channel, and queue. Brought forward necessary areas, numbers, and widths of transport establishment. Established transport establishment harmony model under the relation between passenger transport capacity rise and investment. Pointed out that armming development needs informationizaton, intelligentization, and continuance. Established armming harmony model with the ratio between the synthetical effect which assumed passenger transport capacity of different transport modes. Studied on information modes, information demands, and information contents, then established information harmony model of PCH.(4) Studied on transportation organization and management harmony. Analyzed hub transfer modes, put forward inter traffic organization metholds, steps and principles and outer tranffic organization outlines of hub. Under the transfer connotation, influcenced factors and organization analysis, studied on space organization modes, and under the transfer principium, established passenger transport capacity transfer analysis model, to realized minimized transfer latency time. Analyzed basical complexion and variational trends of overseas traffic and transportation mangement system, brought forward to establish traffic and transportation mangement system that adapted to our country.(5) Studied on comprehensive appraisal of PCH transportation harmony. The thesis established comprehensive appraisal index system of PCH transportation harmony, which contained 8 aspect and 29 indexes of transportation harmony, established comprehensive appraisal model of PCH transportation harmony, adopted Delphi method combined with APH (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to ascertain power of index, finally, exerted a case analysis with a material hub.
