Urban-Rural Integration Space Control Study In Zhongyuan Urban Agglomeration

The urban-rural relationship is the basic unit of human relations. Owing to historical reasons and traditional factors, there are a planned economy and urban-rural separation systems in China. The outstanding performance is urban-rural dual structure. This imbalance of the urban and rural relations is not conducive to macroeconomic stability and coordinated development of industry and agriculture. In the new century, the economic and social structures are changed quickly, system reform continues to deepen and the total economic output maintains a stable and rapid growth. Industry and city can rely on their savings to achieve economic growth, and then promoting agriculture from industry and developing rural from urban will become a reality. In this case, giving priority to the city and industrial development strategy should be changed, and the dual structure in urban and rural should be eliminated. Promote urban-rural integration process and form the equity, coordinated and integrated development of new pattern.The previous studies are most concerned about the city and lack of putting the city and country into a comprehensive development system. This article regards the system for the urban-rural integration in Zhongyuan urban agglomeration the system as research objects, uses the qualitative and quantitative methods of analysis, comprehensive analysis of its integration in urban and rural development of the status quo, notes the urban-rural integration problems in Zhongyuan urban agglomeration, and gives the solution and strategy how to build the new pattern of urban-rural integration in Zhongyuan urban agglomeration, offers practice and theory basis to the moderate evolution of urban and rural system, and then provides advice for promoting sustained economic development of urban agglomeration and comprehensive modernization.The article is mainly divided into several parts as follows:The first part of the study is introduction. This part introduces the situations of urban-rural integration and urban agglomeration both abroad and domestic.The third part is about the situation of Zhongyuan urban agglomeration. This part makes a brief introduction to the Zhongyuan urban agglomeration and points out the favorable conditions and restrictions factors in the urban-rural development and integration process.The fourth part is the evaluation systems of the urban-rural integration in Zhongyuan urban agglomeration. Set up the indicators system, Both of qualitative and quantitative analysis are included the evaluation process of urban-rural integration in Zhongyuan urban agglomeration. The end analyses its causes.In the fifth-seventh part some control countermeasures are provided. According to the development issues and target of urban-rural integration in Zhongyuan urban agglomeration, propose the coordinated development countermeasure that speeding up the industrialization and urbanization level etc.The end is the conclusion.
