Teaching Building Surface Design In Northern China

As the knowledge economy and information era, the society is more urgent demand for talent, but also requires all-round development of human resources. This idea of the needs of society has brought great changes in higher education, the cultivation of talents in the number of education from elite education to the public, the quality tends to train high-quality, innovative, versatile talents. This allows rapid development of education, every college building boom.Teaching building is the main building of Higher Education, representing the highest proportion, are responsible for dissemination of knowledge, exchange information, research and create the main function of these colleges and universities, their development and evolution can be said to represent the University on the development and evolution. In the current large-scale enrollment of college, and professional and the increasing number of faculties, divided into more detailed, smaller-scale cases, the design of Higher Education building also appeared in the pursuit of individual style of building energy efficiency gradual increase in the requirement to create user-friendly architecture outer space, tends to multi-storey building layout and other new trends in high-density and characteristics. On the other hand, the contemporary meaning of the building skin because of its expansion and advancement, is no longer confined to the facade from the role of maintenance and decoration, but as a separator, filter building, a separate part of the external environment, both being built environment and the influence of architectural space, but also affects the built environment and architectural space in the building as a whole has an important significance. But in the real design, the design of Higher Education is often not enough attention to building the climate, not enough attention to college students outside the building needs of the environment and dependence, making the Higher Education building in the maintenance, use, and identify the many problems appear. Based on this background, the skin of Education building is its development trends and needs, combined with the value and importance of the skin, so as to meet the Higher Education design style and personality building their own requirements and the psychological needs of college students and behavior requirements regional characteristics of higher education to create a building to provide students a good learning environment, and caused as much as possible the positive behavior of students, arouse their knowledge ahead, so as to promote overall development of students to form a good "university" atmosphere.This paper describes the development and architecture of China's Higher Education History, pointed out that the development in the contemporary requirements; then elaborate further on the significance of contemporary architecture in the epidermis, that departure from the epidermis level architectural design of the importance of Higher Education.
