| Power performance and fuel economy are the important evaluating indicator of vehicle. The matching condition between engine and power transmission system is the key problem to overall performance of vehicle. Based on the power transmission system matching of 12t fire-fighting tanker and optimization theory, the paper establishes evaluation methodology of vehicle overall performance, builds the mathematical model and physical model of power system. The vehicle virtual prototyping and operation condition is modeled by the AVL-Cruise and the cyclic operation state is verified by performance simulation analysis. The paper makes power transmission system matching simulation, according to which the best transmission matching strategy are getted by parameter optimization. The detailed contents are as follows:Based on analysis of the exist evaluating indicator of vehicle performance, the paper brings forward the overall performance evaluating method be used to evaluate and matchthe vehicle performance.The cyclic operation suited to fire-fighting truck is built based on the technical condition and driver character. The condition is verified and power performance and fuel economy are simulated. The paper models 12t fire-fighting truck and the mathematical model and physical model of power system by Cruise software..According to comparative analysis of analog value and real value, The simulation model is amended until the error comes within the jurisdiction of engineering allow.The paper makes analysis of fire-fighting truck. According to discussion on influence of main parameter to power transmission matching, it also fixes on the best matching strategy after analysis. A final strategy is received by verification.The result shows that the overall performance evaluating method and cyclic operation mentioned in this paper has its validity ,which can be applied into the future configuring project. |
