Distribution network reconstruction is an important means to optimize the operation of the distribution network.As distributed generation(DG)gradually penetrates into the distribution network,it will affect the distribution of power flow and power supply quality in the distribution network.The traditional distribution network reconstruction method will no longer be suitable for distribution networks with DG.At the same time,the distribution network is restructured into multiple objective optimization problems.There are problems such as large scale problems,complex optimization processes,and difficulty to reach the optimal.The reconstruction of multi-target distribution network with DG is of great significance.The multi-objective reconstruction of distribution network with DG includes reconstruction optimization model and algorithm for solving optimization model.In this paper,the reconstruction model suitable for distribution network reconfiguration optimization is first studied,and according to the connection model of distribution network in IEC61970,the connection diagram of distribution network is established.In order to reduce the scale of the optimization problem,the distribution network connection diagram is simplified to obtain the distribution network reconstruction diagram,Based on the distribution network reconstruction diagram,a radial distribution network generation algorithm is proposed to avoid infeasible solutions in the later screening.Pareto multi-objective processing technology is used to deal with multi-objective problems in the DG-containing distribution network reconstruction optimization model,Stochastic black hole strategies and mutation operations are used to improve the convergence,distribution and diversity of Pareto optimal solutions,A typical test function in the field of target optimization verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed strategy,and improves the particle swarm optimization algorithm to obtain an improved multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm.The DG grid connection interface is analyzed and the improved forward-backward power flow calculation method is used to calculate the power flow of the distribution network containing DG,based on the above research work,a reconstruction optimization model was established,with the improved multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm as the core,combined with the radial distribution network generation algorithm and the distribution network power flow algorithm with DG,the multi-objective reconstruction problem of distribution network with DG is solved by the multi-objective reconstruction algorithm for distribution network with DG.Finally,the reconstruction algorithm program is written in C ++ language,and the actual distribution network in a certain area is taken as an example to verify the algorithm.By comparing the objective function values of the various schemes before and after reconstruction,it can be known that the optimization algorithm in this paper can effectively optimize the distribution network and make the distribution network run in a better operating mode.
