Low-temperature hot water radiant floor heating system was universally recognized by people because of its energy-saving and thermal comfortability, this technology also obtained the widespread application and development at home and abroad. The development and application of new floor heating system is the hotspot in the building energy saving and the field of HVAC.This paper proposes a new style of floor heating system——assembled reflecting floor heating system.The technology of assembled reflecting floor heating can not only reduce the building energy consumption, but also improve the comfort of building environment.By establishing ordinary floor heating system and assembled reflecting floor heating system room that uses the electrical boiler as heat source, using patrolling instrument to test temperature and heat flow, the electron micro demeanor to test air velocity to make the contrast experiments of assembled reflecting floor heating room to the ordinary room respectively. Analyze how the technology of assembled reflecting floor heating improves indoor thermal comfort and reduces the building energy consumption in winter.The simulation and analysis are made on the parameters such as temperature, velocity, PMV-PPD, mean age of air etc. in assembled reflecting floor heating room and ordinary room through the Airpak software, analyzing influence of indoor thermal environment by adopting two heating ways. Introduce the heat transfer mechanization of assembled reflencting floor heating and influence of floor heating system energy consumption. Establish the mathematical model in numerical process of assembled reflecting floor heating.Downward heat transfer loss of the unit of assembled reflecting floor heating is only 17.3%, the effect of heat preservation is better; Radiant heat emission of floor in reflecting and assemble floor heating system is 62.3%, heat radiance is high; At the situation of same heating load, indoor temperature of assembled reflecting floor heating room is 1.3℃higher, the temperature of floor surface is 2.1℃higher in contract with ordinary floor heating room. People may have the feel"foot warm head cool"in assembled reflecting floor heating room, indoor temperature is lower 1-3℃than in ordinary room in order to achieve the same thermal effect. With the increase of supply water temperature 10℃, the increase of indoor average temperature is 0.7℃. At the same heat source and working expense, the cost of assembled reflecting floor heating system is lower 8yuan/m2 than ordinary floor heating system. Make use of Airpak software to simulate assembled reflecting room and air-conditioning room, the temperature distribution is uniform and doesn't exist stratification. In the working area, the vertical temperature difference is only 0.6℃, air velocity is about 0.1m/s, these make people feel comfortable.The construction is convenient, energy consumption is low, thermal comfortability is better, initial cost is low with assembled reflecting floor heating system. Thus the new system has the actual and promotional value.
