With the rapid development of our country's economy, railway transportations are playing an ever more significant role in social life. In order to ensure the safe operation of locomotive, locomotive maintenance must be transformed from scheduled maintenance to condition based maintenance to improve the speed and quality, to reduce the cost, to realize the automation, digitization, and intellectualization of locomotive overhaul. ZQF-80 motor is auxiliary electric equipment's power supply of the locomotive, so each locomotive depot pays close attention to its maintenance quality. Considered the practice requirement of the project, the thesis studied the ZQF-80 motor automatic test system, and developed an ZQF-80 dc motor energy feedback test-bed.The test device for ZQF-80 motor is exactly the important equipment which tests the overhauled motors. The test-bed is constituted of three parts:operating console, electrical cabinets, motor mounting table. The test-bed can accomplish automatic control of motor test condition,and automatic acquisition and processing of motor parameter data. Compared with traditional testing rigs, this testing rig transmit the DC energy generated by testing generator to paternity testing DC motor, paternity generator and dragging generator drag testing generator, forming energy feedback.The motor speed adjustment is the main problem of autocontrol. The thyristor three-phase fully-controlled bridge circuit is used in the system to transform the alternating current into the voltage-adjustable direct current so as to realize voltage and speed regulation. In the control circuit, KC04 and KC41C constitute six ways of double pulse forming device to trigger the thyristors to shift phases, through changing the control angle of the thyristors, the voltage output can changed.Configuration software MCGS is used to design human machine interface(HMI). It can dynamically display various parameters of motor ZQF-80, automatically storage test data, and real-time print chart.It also has the functions of automatic protection, real-time update and download data, etc. What's more, intelligent modules is increased in operating interface, such as operating registration, information privacy system, realizing registered overhaul, which greatly improved the automation and intelligence of the ZQF-80 motor test-bed, and the production management level of the locomotive overhaul. Field testing results show that the system has good features of friendly interface, simple operation, high reliability, and widely use value.
