In recent years, global warming, serious environmental pollution, increasing scarcity of resources, such as increasing the awareness of green industry's concern. In recent years the pure water hydraulic technology is a new research field in the direction of hydraulic transmission, the transmission medium is directly in tap water, sea water has many advantages as pollution-free and conserve resources, wide variety of sources, cheap, safe and reliable, compression loss, wide range of applications etc.Hydraulic pump is the power source of the Hydraulic system. The pure water pump is the core in the pure water hydraulic system, its performance directly determine the strengths and weaknesses of the system overall performance. As the gear pump has simple structure, higher efficiency, low cost and be not sensitive to pollution media, etc., is widely used in production, the gear pump has the 75% market share. However, current research in this area focused on pure water hydraulic piston pump, vane pumps and gear pumps research less. Therefore the research on pure water hydraulic gear pump has important significance for the protection of the environment and sustainable development.After synthesizing numerous related literatures, in this dissertation the author reference to the literature, analysis the strengths and weaknesses of key problems in pure water hydraulic technical, explain water hydraulic technology research status and future development trends in domestic and foreign, the studying direction and content are decided.This dissertation analysis and description of the external gear pump water structural features and carry out the design of the structure and parameters of the calculation in reference of the CBK1008-type high-pressure gear pump. Because the pure water has a certain low viscosity, poor lubrication, strong cavitations, leakage, corrosion and so on, therefore, the materials application of main components of the gear pump are analyzed, and the new engineering materials are identified; besides the surface treatment process of pump are discussed, in order to overcome the serious leakage inside the pump, wear, corrosion and cavitations erosion.Through the front structure and parameters design, draw the three-dimensional structure model of pure water hydraulic external gear pump's flow, simulate the inside the flow field of pure water external gear pump in the FLUENT software, get the figures of contours of static pressure, contours of velocity magnitude and contours of turbulence kinetic energy, obtain the parameters of the influence of the pump's performance, its conclusions are basically consistent with the theoretical analysis.At last design and establish a set of pure water external gear pump test systems, conduct wear resistance of materials experiments, obtain the relevant conclusions. Carry out transmission experiment based on SiO2-X nano-ceramic solution using CBK high-pressure gear pump, and draw the curves of pressure and flow rate, obtained parameters of the pump's volumetric efficiency.
