With a brief analysis to the Prototype Observation Data of Wanan concrete Gravity Dam,using mathematics, mechanics, information science and other methods to build the dam safety monitoring model. The displacement of dam depend on not only water pressure, temperature and aging effects of three environmental factors, but also on the role factors of cracks. In the basic of neural network theory and using MATLAB software to establish the top horizontal displacement monitoring model and the introduction of crack factor J-BP neural network model to the typical dam section of Wanan hydropower dam;what's more, making comparation to the introduction of crack factor model and not to.finally, to some extent; the introduction of the crack factor model affect other self-displacement variable factors, such as the level factor, the temperature they have a certain correlation to each other.The J-BP neural network model can predict the horizontal displacement of dam very well,especially, which has a good fitting accuracy and forecast accuracy. Consequently, The J-BP neural network mode can monitor and provide the basis for the operational status to the dam and other hydraulic of the building; in the othe side, doing researching on the statistical models,and making physical explanation to the various components (especially the aging component),then making isolating agingomponents from the statistical model to build time component fitting monotone nonlinear mathematical model.In the second place,using the first-order function derivative and second derivative of the theory to accurately describe the time trend of the displacement and response the variation of the dam, and provide a strong basis to the dam's work behavior analysis. Secondly, using partial least squares regression analysis and stepwise regression analysis method, statistical model to separate the component of water pressure accurately, and then using structural analysis (Fast Lagrangian successive difference method) to calculate water pressure when the dam in a certain range of elastic modulus and deformation modulus component of the foundation of the dam,and making back analysis of elastic modulus of the dam, what's more it can get the elastic modulus-time curve. In the end, making an initial calculation to the Wanan hydropower dam in some time of the period operating, and establishing damage degree of concrete on the horizontal displacement measuring point region of the typical dam.
