Linear motor is increasingly accepted and applied to several fields as a new type of power equipment. Tubular linear permanent magnet motor used in oil- pumping system is very different from traditional motor at magnetic circuit structure, winding form oil- pumping, driving method and so on. In order to make it run economic, efficient and reliable, the research of principle and electromagnetic design will have to adapt it.Firstly, the structure and principle of tubular linear permanent magnet motor are introduced in detail, then design features of tubular linear permanent magnet motor are ascertained. Based on its special structure and principle, a common hand-counted procedure of axial magnetized tubular linear permanent magnet motor is compiled. Electromagnetic calculation, parameter calculation and performance calculation are executed according to the need, consequently, the problem of no-existing design process is solved.Afterwards, CAD software of tubular linear permanent magnet motor based on Windows is developed. The software has visual interface management style such as windows. This software integrates electromagnet computing programs and other functions including file operating, figure function and so on. It is a intact CAD software.Finally, Magnetic field distribution of tubular linear permanent magnet motor is analyzed using finite element method. In premise of appropriate assumptions, 2D model of tubular linear permanent magnet motor is established. Furthermore,the main factors and reactance are calculated. The no-load EMF is calculated based on hierarchical finite element and the influence of magnetic force cased by some parameters is analyzed. The deviation is only a little by comparing results calculated by field method with results calculated by circuit method and the accurate design of tubular linear permanent magnet motor is proved.This dissertation is valuable in application and study of science in type of motor. |
