Since the 21st century, the energy is intense and the environmental protection consciousness's enhancement has won the recent development opportunity for the air conditioning energy conservation technology's development. The air conditioning energy conservation technology becomes one which of hot spots the academic circle pays attention. This article mainly has carried on the theoretical analysis and the experimental study from the heat pipe technology's angle ground-to-air transfer heat interchanger. The present paper introduced briefly the domestic and foreign separat heat pipe technology's research and outlined the principle of separate heat pipe used in air conditionings. This article also illuminate some problem in the practice. In this paper, author propose to apply the gravity separate heat pipe to in the air-conditioning system .By the advantage of separate heat pipe 's characteristic, we can design a new heat transfer device that not only avoid the compound piping design which the great current capacity gas migration causes, but also recycle the energy and reduce the quantity of heat from refrigeration system ,thus achieves the energy conservation the goal.This topic takes the gravity separate heat pipe heat interchanger the research key. Research content and achievement including the following several aspects:Firstly, a new heat pipe heat interchanger structure is designed, which is one kind to be suitable for the air conditioning. This paper carried on the designed computation and the examination computation according to the heat transfer equation and the thermal equilibrium equation's basic principle, and worked out the best heat transfer area and the structure.Secondly, this article has analyzed the heat-transfer property of separate heat pipe and the flow quality of the working fluid .The paper established the univariate mathematical model for best fluid rate of separate heat pipe by the thermodynamic analysis inferential reasoning based on its work mechanism. Application to a mathematical model to calculate,the R410A for the working fluid,single-tube heat diameter 8mm, length 0.2m of condensation tube and evaporation tube,evaporation temperature above the 36℃,condensation temperature above the running average temperature 20℃,liquid-filled ratio of a separate heat pipe in the range of 37%to 44%.Thirdly, this article take the heat pipe designed by the author as the evaporation tube and condensation tube of the heat interchanger, take R410A as the circulation working substance on the different operating temperature, the different height difference between condensation tube and evaporation tube to conduct the research to the gravity separate heat pipe's heat-transfer property influence. The findings indicated that the heat transmission curve is approximate the conic when the working substance is R410A in the separate heat pipe. As the height difference between condenser and evaporator has enlargement, separate heat pipe's heat-transfer capability has the enhancement. When the height difference is the 1.2m, the heat-transfer capability enhances 12.52% equally compared to the 0.7m height difference.The present paper experimental study's heat pipe parameter will apply to one kind of air conditioning system. Using heat pipe heat interchanger and air conditioning system combination, air treatment to problem status. Because has used the heat pipe heat interchanger, has carried on the heat recovery, in achieves the air conditioning effect in the situation, has saved the energy, has achieved the anticipated effect basically.In this paper, the experimental study of the heat pipe was applied to the parameters of an air conditioning unit.Using the combination of heat pipe heat exchanger with air-conditioning installations,air will be the target state.As a result of using the heat pipe heat exchanger to heat recovery, it achieved the same effect and saved energy.According to the experimental data fit heat transfer factor formula of the heat pipe heat exchanger.Through laboratory we have basically reached the desired results.
