The Study On The Target And Influence Factors Of Eco-Construction Planning For Anqiu City Of Shandong Province

The sustainable development has become the common goal of human beings under the circumstances of sharper contradictions between human beings, resources, economy and environments. More and more people have known the concept of eco-city. The eco-city construction in China began in 1990, and has built different kinds of demonstrations which have extensive values such as eco-city,eco-county,eco-village,eco-industry plants and so on. This essay discusses the indexes system and synthetically evaluation based on the basic theories of ecology,systematic engineering and sustainable development.The related theories about the domestic and foreign eco-city are introduced firstly in the article,, and then unionfing the actual situation of Anqiu, the author elaborates the superiority and restriction factors, ecology industry construction, the safeguard system and so on, for the eco-city construction of Anqiu, proposes the related countermeasures and measures. Basing on the ecology principle, the author proposes the system plan for the restruction of the city, the positive cycle of the social, eonomy and environment development of Anqiu and the realization of the sustainable development.In research technique, the theory knowledge of ecology, economic geography, plan, etc, is intercrossed and fused and the development of the eco-city is viewed from multi-angles, for example polities, economy, society, ecology, nature, etc. Many methods are used, for example literature synthesis, material analysis, inspection outside and on-the-spot investigation, statistical analysis and so on. Therefore Anqiu should learn the experiences of the advanced districts,according to its actuality,in order to promote the developing of economy,put the indexes and functions of eco-city construction into effect and accelerate the Anqiu's sustainable development.
