| Jiaozhou Bay is a treasure trove of natural resources entrusted to Qingdao, and its rich seaworthiness resources are the backing of Qingdao's economic development and taking off.With an accelerated urbanization process and compression of land resources that can be developed, more and more people turn their eyes to Jiaozhou Bay, and accelerate the pace of development and utilization. According to some documents, the total water area of Jiaozhou Bay is 352.94㎞ until 2006, which reduced 207km2 compared with 1928. The reduction is equivalent to about 37% of the original area. In addition, Qingdao port's development also raises new issues of water safety:(1) carriage of goods by the rapid increase in number of ships; (2) more large ships entering and leaving the port; (3) an increase in ferry routes and schedules; (4) port expansion, channel branch increasing, the increase in berths, etc., which make security issues become more pronounced in Jiaozhou Bay watersThis study Jiaozhou Bay seaworthiness resources evaluation system is established to study Jiaozhou Bay seaworthiness resources and channel navigation environment evaluation system is established to study channel navigation environment safety. the main work includes:1, Establish seaworthiness resources evaluation system of Jiaozhou Bay with AHP. Resources targets will be divided into policies, laws and regulations, planning, ports, navigation channels, anchorages, navigation facilities, water conditions and protective measures nine categories, Combine qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the Jiaozhou Bay seaworthiness resources by expert judges scoring.2, Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is selected to evaluate channel navigation environment. Jiaozhou Bay channel navigation environment evaluation system, is divided into two layers, the visibility, wind, stream, channel curvature, channel cross-angle, channel width, channel obstructions, traffic and navigation aids nine categories., Set nine of the risk evaluation criteria combined with the actual situation in Jiaozhou Bay, and as a basis for structural evaluation of each membership function.
