In order to improve the manufactural level of DBD-type ozonizer, the related problems of the power supply designs are discussed based on the research of the DBD-type oznonier power supply's procedure analysis, and a medium & high ozonizer is developed. The main contents of the paper are as follows:(1)By analyzing and comparing the shortage and difficulty on resonance frequency selecting, frequency tracking, matching tolerance, transformer designing, power switch selecting and safety and load's work security of the resonant control for DBD-type ozonier, and using the circuit theory, we expound the process of DBD-type ozonier working at non-resonant status is expounded, and its constraint equation is built.(2)The power supply design is further researched, and properly raising transformer's leakage inductance is provided for the transformer design, which has been applied to the DBD-type ozonier system. By using the theoretical result, the relation of the system duty cycle, load's voltage and discharged power which is found in the experiment result is detailedly analysed and explained, and some matters need attention when designing and debugging are summed up.(3)The cause of the M "gap" shape of voltage waveform which is discovered at debugging is analysed, that is because of the disaccord between the time of current's passage zero and the time of power switch's breakover, and it has influence of impacting transformer and weakening load's exoelectrical reaction, and some method of properly increasing the system's duty cycle to eliminate its harm is provided.The result shows, the analytic method of non-resonant status for ozone generator has a guiding significance to power supply design and develop. The design can meet production requirements, and have an application prospect.
