It is the real time processing properties of microtronics and computer-control technology,the accurate asynchronous motor and all kinds of advanced theories ,these factors have resulted in the development of a highly reliable drive with highly accurate and wide range of adjustable speed.Firstly,the wide frequency range of adjustable speed control system is described,the control system sheme is designed based on the target requirement.In order to improve the precision of the control system,four methods are taken into account,including adopting the appropriate PWM,choosing the right motion control algorithms,eliminating the effect of noise on the system,choosing the suitable motion control component.On the d-q coordinate system,the asynchronous ac motor-model is established through the control of rotor flux-oriented,the model's characteristics are discussed.The space vector pwm modulation mode is adopted,the principle and the simulation implementation of the modulation mode are analysed.The research of system accuracy control strategy is the key point,the internal model control is applied to the IM stator current control loop ,so that the sensitivity of current loop performance to IM parameters is reduced,and the dynamic decoupling between the M and T components of the stator current is realized.Through the theoretical analysis and simulation experiment,the decouple performance is further studied,two degrees of freedom PI is introduced into speed control loop,implement both optimization control of speed control system tracking and anti-interference.The system model is established,and through the experimental simulation with MATLAB,the results demonstrate the validity of the method.The interference and noise in the system will reduce the control accuracy,the wavelet denoise is an effective way which can weaken noise.The wavelet denoise is an effective way which can weaken noise.The input signal which includes noise is set up with MATLAB,and the waelet denoise acts on the input signal,the result proves that the method can filter noise effectively.Finally,the design of the speed control system implements from two parts including hardware and software,the implementation of hardware mainly includes the choice and design of the controller,executive motor,speed feedback device and so on,the implementation of software mainly includes the upper computer software and relative program's compiling.By the experiment of speed control system,the results can satisfy the system's specification.
