In the process of staking out the pile the force provided by the fuel tank frist is thrust which decreases gradually,then the force becomes the pulling force.But in the process of the Gauge pile staking,no matter the thrust or the pull both are smaller than the force needed in the process of setting the pile. With the gauge pile rotation the force provided by the fuel tank become the pull.The angle the thrust becoming the pull is more or less 76°. The distance between the rotation point and the pile tip is distant ,The most biggest thrust is smaller ,and the most biggest pull is bigger.It is not difficult to see that the force provided by the fuel tank in the process of the gauge file setting is big,so in the choice of the fuel tank which frist should satisfy the need of the force for setting the file . Hydraulic cylinder can provide the required most strongly, that is, the use of hydraulic cylinder is feasible. |
