Abstract/Summary:
The running machince is important in modern life, as one of the fitness equipment, the quality and performance of frequency conversion system is one of the important factor which affects the quality of The running machince. Most of the existing running machince use DC motor. Despite the process of using these machinces often to service, the quantity of DC motor is very big, the cause is that such motors for variable speed system design is very mature and good performance. Instead, AC motor although its stable operation, easy for such damage, but the theory and technology about frequency conversion system of AC motor is mature, therefore, these causes limit the AC motor in the use of the running machince. However, with the control theory of research and development, electronic technology progress, AC motor speed control system is constantly updated. This thesis is to design a Frequency Control System designed for the needs of running machince which used the AC motor.Currently on the market already exists related products. According to the control scheme of the existing products, design features, performance indicators and other aspects of study, this paper proposes a more advanced FPGA devices will be introduced into the system.As the same time, this paper directs torque control method and SVPWM control algorithm as a system control program, and designs a complete, high-performance variable speed system. In particular, the use of FPGA devices will control the hardware chip in the form of programs to achieve them, and give full play to the advantage of the hardware programmable to complete the whole system of control to reduce the external hardware devices, is the research focus of this paper.In this paper, the design of Frequency conversion System for the application of the running machine is user-oriented, provide a good interactive interfac, and that the system controlling chip has good portability, which is equivalent in accordance with the must design a custom hardware chip, as long as the slightly modified, to use for other related systems.
