| HVD is a new type transmission technology which can realizes pass power through the shear force of oil film based on Newton s law of viscosity. Frction discs is the core element of the HVD, and its material, structure and size parameter are important factors which ensure form interface friction. Further reaearch is made in this paper on the friction discs characteristic from several aspects such as the oil film lubrication transmission mechanism, friction discs selections, the thermal deformation failure, and the system stability, and this can provide some reference for the design and application of the HVD. This paper content is as follows.The first chapter is the introduction.The background and significance of this topic are analyzed, and the research object, the main task, and the detailed work are expounded in this chapter.The oil film shear transmission mechanism and row torque are analyzed in the second chapter, and the mathematical model of oil film transmission between friction discs with radial tanks is made. What's more, the oil film stress is analyzed in this chapter.Materials of the friction pair are mainly researched and compared in the third chapter. And this chapter also discusses two kinds of friction materials:copper-based powder metallury friction meterial and paper-based friction material. As to the choice of thickness and internal and external radius of friction pieces, the paper has made the detailed analysis in the third chapter. At last, the oil groove structure are further expounded.The fourth chapter has studied on reasons of heat generation and the heat flux distribution in the integrating process of friction plates. The mathematical model for the combining process of frictiong discs is established, and the modle is made simulation by Matlab. Through the simulation analysis, the influence law of the frciton pair parameters on the friction slices temperature is concluded.In the fifth chapter, the modle for the integration process of discs is made, and the stability in the combining process are analyzed based on Matlab simulation. Besides, the shake of discs in the contacting process are studied and its influence is discussed.The sixth chapter summarizes the main reasearch and puts forward some ideas and suggestions on the future research work about the friction discs. This paper has very good guidance significance for the further study on the temperature rise of the frictiong discs. |
