| Subway is a newly developed communication media, which emerges as the times require. Subway has been greatly developed in many countries of the world for its unique superiority. A new round of metro construction emerges in major cities in China along with urbanization. However, terrorist acts occur frequently nowadays all over the world, and it threats the security in the world community. Subway station has the characteristics of dense crowd and enclosed environment. Once terror-explosion happens in the subway station, it might lead to number of injuries and deaths, strong dynamic response of the structure, progressive collapse and even the damage and destruction of the building on the ground, which seriously threatens the safety of lives and properties. In order to achieve the aim that the subway station can not be heavy damaged and continuous collapse, this thesis analyses and study the evaluation methodology of explosion equivalent under terrorist attacks, rules of blast wave dissemination in subway station, impulse response of subway structure under explosion load, anti-detonation and reinforcement of subway station.How to estimate the explosion equivalent is a premise in study on protection technology of subway and undersurface structure. Blast load and destruction data are hard to be collected because the terrorist bombing is special. The reasonableness and accuracy are contrastive analysed in estimation of explosion equivalent so that to point out advantages, shortcomings and range of convenience, on that basis, features of explosive and standard of TNT equivalent weight can be given by compiling terror bombing attacks in the underground leverage on a global presence, and combining the characteristics of underground and scope out the security. Peak overpressure formula of computation of explosive blast and the air blast curve when the normal TNT surface bursting can be used to calculate the overpressure of explosive, further to estimate its kill capabilities and destructive power.Aiming at the complex environment of the subway station, this paper builds the three-dimensional model of subway station with fluid-structure interaction method using software LS-DYNA3D, which is based on the hydrodynamic theory and the explosion mechanics. This paper simulates the flow field when 15kg TNT explodes 1.0m above underground in subway station.
