This article aims to the numerical analysis study of the work pieces warmed and temperature distribution of T6 heat-treatment solution furnace transported by triple-tiered roller designed and manufactured by SHENYANG NEU-SANKEN INDUSTRIAL FURNACE MFG. CO., LTD. The furnace is used for the continuous solid melt processing for aluminum alloy cast piece, furnace temperature distribution will be handled directly affect the quality of heat treatment of the work pieces. So there are both theoretical and practical significance to the study of distribution of temperature field in the furnace. Since the furnace temperature distribution of the many factors and complex, their large-scale experimental research project more difficult, with the development of computer technology, using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics, as CFD) based on the numerical analysis Method so that it will become possible. The software cost less, fast, high efficiency, and under certain conditions, can simulate the real conditions and ideal conditions, many research institutions have become widely used simulation toolMathematical models of thermal conductivity of the work pieces and the temperature field in T6 heat-treatment solution furnace transported by triple-tiered roller is established with the commercial calculation software CDF-FLUENT. Using the k-E model studies turbulence inside the furnace. Consulting a real furnace, the author constructs the physical model with the rate of 1:1, and studies the work pieces warming process and temperature field distribution without change of quantities of work pieces. The temperature field distributing rule inside furnace is achieved. According to the number of boundary conditions, the furnace structure is optimized and its operation parameter is improved. Thereby the temperature field distribution inside furnace and work pieces of the state of warming is justified as well as enhances the quality of heat treatment of work pieces.This article results of the study design similar furnace has a reference value of actual parade furnace process has some significance.
