| Paper manufacturing industry has close relationship with surfactant. in many working procedures during the process of pulp and papermaking, surfactants are used widely, the varieties and dosage rolling increase. For the sake of obtain some special nature of paper, it must be add some specific function surfactant, which have very important effects for improvement the quality of paper. In this thesis, organic fibers were replaced partly by mineral fibers during the process of papermaking to release the shortage of stuff in view of the actuality of paper and pulp industry in China, then, some proper polymer surfactants were emploied to enhance the intensity of the paper.Firstly, research the physical properties of mineral fiber, Basical indexes such as component, structure, length, density were test with fluorescent X-ray, SEM, the surface electric properties of mineral fibers was also examined.Secondly, synthesize a new amphoteric high molecular surfactant, the influence of initiator concentration, reaction temperature, reaction time, pH value and monomer concentration controls on reaction are reviewed, then the polymer was test by IR.Thirdly, a kind of nonionic sufactant was select to interact with the polymer surfactant which was synthesized in this paper by different ratio.Finally, through the experiment of making paper, put a series of compounded surfactants into the pulp, test the physical property data. The proper combining program and optimal dosage were obtained according to the intensity of the paper. |
