Preliminary Research On County Eco-traffic

With the development of urban and rural economy, the improvement of the level of urbanization, the people are in need of new and higher requirements for the development of the county traffic. By contrast, the traditional county traffic that did not pay attention to the development of the environmental protection, resource conservation, and the humanized concerns about being convenient and expedite, which had brought many problems, such as environmental pollution, waste of resources, roads blocked and other issues, seriously hampering the modernized development of urban and rural economy and society.Constructing ecological traffic, and strengthening the awareness of sustainable development of ecological traffic, has become the inevitable trend of the development of county traffic. The county traffic should reflect the principles of ecological sustainable development, and the construction of the county ecological traffic is to find the best combination of all sorts of traffic factors in various specific countycircumstances in order to promote the coordinated development of county economic society and environmental protection.This paper firstly defines the nature of county ecological traffic, and points out the county ecological traffic that has the impact and necessity on the county economic and social development and environmental protection. Through the ecological traffic of the development status, content, features and functions, this paper indicates the county traffic meets the need of scientific development concept and the particularity of sustainable development for the requirement of our era. From the track of the history of ecological traffic, this paper illustrates that the development of ecological traffic thinking is a gradual process. Nowadays the construction of the county ecological traffic is an inevitable requirement for the development of county economic social development, and an inevitable requirement for the historical development to the county traffic construction. Overcoming the dual mode system of construction and management, achieving the integration of urban and rural traffic development, improving the environmental protection and lightening the waste of resources, realizing the traffic development to be green,realizing the coor are all the core conception of coordination between traffic and local economic are core ideas of county ecological traffic, and the guidance ideology of the construction of the county ecological traffic. At last, through the case analysis of Junan county ecological traffic, this paper reveals that the path of county ecological traffic development, addressing the real case of the county ecological traffic, discussing the countermeasures of the county ecological traffic construction, making the county more in line with the development of sustainable economic and social development Strategies, more effective in services for regional development, which is the real significance of this paper.
