The thesis optimized normal mode and structure improvements had the good effect to the separation effect, which adopted multiple separating techniques. This paper proposed a new model for gas-liquid separation hydrocyclone and briefly described its structure and working principle, through carried on the numerical simulation and structure improvement to the new gas liquid cylindrical cyclone, found out the structure parameter to the pressure, velocity and gas concentration distribution in the gas-liquid separation hydrocyclone and simultaneously obtained the best separation effect structure parameter. The numerical simulation result indicated that the new model for gas-liquid separation hydrocyclone with the advantages of high degassing efficiency,which would have a good application prospect.According to new structural gas-liquid separation hydrocyclone obtained from the simulation analysis, a test prototype was manufactured. By the experimental study on the new structural gas-liquid separators, tested its best working conditions, the effects of flow rate, split ratio and pressure on the separation efficiency was researched. Simultaneously, has confirmed the numerical simulation conclusion rationality.The gas-liquid separation cyclone had a small volume but a big handling ability, can separated the small volume air bubble effectively and quickly with a stable separation effect and so on, it has a wide application prospect.
