When using backfill mining method mines depth portion ore-body, the backfill system usually will deal with some questions, eg stability, reliability, security and so on.Researching reliability of the pipeline backfill system and pipeline expansion technology have important significance.This article based on the engineering fluid dynamics, statistics, pipeline self-flowing transportation correlation theories and so on, combined the actual situation of west backfill system of Longshou mine in Jinchuan Group Limited Company, developly utilized the software of FLUENT, systematically studied backfill slurry and pipeline self-flowing transportation characteristic.The chief research results are as follows:1.The article developly utilized software FLUENT to carry on numerical simulation and analysis for the operating characteristic of paste self-flowing transportation backfill system under different backfill times of line condition. For thoroughly carried on two-phase fluid pipeline self-flowing transportation theory research to provide new method and measure.2.Scientific evaluation the Longshou mine preparation of the backfill and transportation system,Longshou mine backfill technology advanced, backfill slurry good performance,large capacity, pipeline self-flowing transportation reliably. However, affected by the lack of capacity of the feed system,mixing system and other factors which limit, can not meet the longshou mine the future of mining production capacity expansion of backfill slurry requirements,must be as soon as possible research the problem of the backfill system expansion.3.Longshou mine depth backfill system FMEA analysis showed that: backfill system most vulnerable to failure of the links are pipeline transportation system vertical pipes and horizontal pipes,as well as the pulping system, control system, mixing system and the cementing material warehouse.Affect the reliability of the longshou mine backfill system the most important factor is backfill hole failure.4.Researching Longshou mine deep piping program selected a relatively reasonable piping mode.According to the FLUENT numerical simulation result, application statistics principle to analysis part of the pipeline transportation system,researched the transformation discip-linarian of velocity of flow and pressure about the paste backfill slurry in complex transportion system.It provided important theory basis for backfill system design.5.This article used the FLUENT to simulate pipe system movement characteristic parameters,has effectively made up the shortcoming of backfill system from design to scene industrial test to finally stabilize movement has consume massive manpower, physical resource, financial resource and time. Has direct-viewing and comprehensive understanding regarding the system various parameters to the wholly system movement influence.Also caused the mine backfill system design and operate to develop on digitization and visualization has stepped out one important step.
