| As the basic theories of computer color-match,both K-M optical model and colorant-mixting model had some problems in the application of computer color-match.In this paper,the theories and algorithms of computer color-match were comprehensively investigated based on polyester plain fabric.To begin with,in this paper,the relationships of K-M optical model,radiation transfer and Multi-Flux theory were systemitically discussed,in that case,the relevence between the absorption-scattering coefficients of K-M optical model and the real absorption-scattering coefficients of matter were also analysised and summarized. Secondly,this paper were validated and improved the nonlinear and non-addition issues of colorant-mixing model. we proposed a revisely algorithm for the nonlinear issue,and derived a higher-order approximation algorithm for the Differential approximation issue,and revised the non-addition issue based on Gauss fit and Fourier transform respectively.furthermore,we were pragramed a set of color-match simulation pragram for the forgoing improved algorithms with MATLAB scientific computing tools and ACCESS Dababase system jontly.Finally,this paper was compared every algorithm which was filtered or unfiltered database by the method of find peaks and color-depth formulation to X-Rite algorithms.Expertments results showed that revised algorithms were better than the unrevised algorithms,and filtered database algorithms were better than the unfiltered database algotithms,yet removed substrate or not had little effect on the color-match formula.The reason why was the X-Rite algorithms better than the revised algorithms was the part revised for no-addtive issue without introduced into color-match program.At last the thesis pointed out the non-additive issue of colorant-mixing model and its solutions, pending further study. |
