With the oil drilling rigs’increasing complexity of work, the requirements of their performance are increasingly high.As a core component of the oil rig hoisting system, winch’s performance directly determines the ability of drilling rig.In our country, the traditional winch are still heavily used, accounted for a large proportion, and they exist the problems of design method of backward, low degree of automation, stability and safety of the poor.The subject of the JZ50 drill rig dynamic analysis on the transmission system of JC50L-3 hoist, and the design and research of the pneumatic control system, improve the reliability and automation of the winch work, in order to solve the problems of traditional winch, drilling has the characteristics of high performance, simple structure, stable starting and good economy etc.. The research contents of this paper are as follows.The overall design scheme of the winch. According to the requirements of the oil rig winch design,this paper determines the design scheme of JC50L-3 winch drive system,transmission system,lubrication system,brake system and control system,key parts of the design and calculation,and determine the key components of the model,the paper uses the Finite element to analyse the main components of the winch drive system,according to dynamics algorithm based on Abaqus software.Simulation shows that the winch drum shaft and cylinder body stress and displacement plot, and according to the API requirements of their strength and stiffness were analyzed and checked. The optimal topology structure of the drum body by SIMP method, so that the drum in order to meet the requirements of structural strength, weight and lightweight.On the basis of determining the parameters,analysis of the chain sprocket force and instantaneous speed variation the paper uses ADAMS software to establish the transmission system dynamic model, simulation results show that the chain speed, load and frequency, and the angular velocity and angular acceleration of the wheel and the drive shaft of the curve, the stability analysis of chain drive winch. The finite element theory and dynamic simulation based on the data obtained, chain and sprocket stress anddisplacement plot, on their strength and stiffness were analyzed and checked; modal can drive system, verify the rationality of structure design.this paper design the shift gas on the winch control loop and the crown a-matic pneumatic control circuit. Based on the AMESim software, the simulation model of the pneumatic control circuit, shift and anti-collision action is analyzed.we get the port pressure versus time curve, and verify the correctness of the pneumatic control loop design.After completing the Commissioning and controlling circuit of winch drive system,we verify the correctness of winch drive system control loop design and whether it can achieve the goal of the design. Commissioning results show that, after the start of operation, the JC50L-3 winch runs stably, and has low noise and the anti shift system having high sensitivity touch action,and the winch can meet the requirements of application.
