In this study, laboratory selective breeding Bifidobacterium adolescentis(hereinafter referred to as HD Bifidobacterium) as experimental material, the Bifidobacterium blend with vegetable oil suspensions, and further prepared soft capsule, and make use of formaldehyde process it has a colon-soluble, and to study the HD Bifidobacterium storage stability in soft capsules, and finally investigate HD Bifidobacterium colorectal enteric soft capsules laxative effect in constipated rabbits. The main findings are as follows:(1) The culture conditions to optimize the HD Bifidobacterium, determine the optimal culture conditions according to the single factor and orthogonal experiments: The culture temperature is 37 ℃, initial pH value of 7.0, inoculation amount of 5%.(2) To determine the the contents of soft capsules based on a single factor and orthogonal test the best formula is: an amount of soybean oil as the standard, added in an amount of 4% beeswax, soy lecithin added in an amount of 6%, powder: soybean oil is 1: 3. So proved enteric bifidobacterium HD soft capsules may be stored for long periods at room temperature, it has good stability.(4) Through the establishment of constipation after rabbit model, giving each group of rabbits corresponding test drugs, HD Bifidobacterium colorectal enteric soft capsule group compared to model group, in feed intake, water intake, body mass increased, the number of defecation and fecal water content were significantly increased in five areas, compared with commercially available Bifidobacterium hard capsules, although no significant differences but also increased levels closer to normal rabbit, and the regulation of intestinal microflora balance also played a significant role. Increase the number of beneficial bacteria in the gut, reducing the number of harmful bacteria. Thus demonstrating HD colorectal enteric bifidobacterium soft capsules laxative effect is superior to commercially available Bifidobacterium hard capsule, the capsule used in humans provide a reference and research.
