Carbon fiber with both an inherent property of the carbon materials and a softness of the fiber is a fiber material with the carbon content of more than 90 percent. Also, carbon fiber being widely used in aviation,aerospace,electronics,sports equipment and so on is one of the strategic emerging materials developed importantly in our country.PAN based carbon fiber made with PAN as the main row material is produced through polymerizing,spinning become the PAN precursor firstly,an then through pre-oxidating,carbonizing and finishing to be the high performance fiber materials,then it is to be one of the most widely.This paper takes advantage of polymerization plant and spinning device determined the main parameters of the polymerization process as the raw material of PAN.It combined the technological conditions of the polymerization plant and spinning device and the production experience in Carbon fiber factory of jilin petrochemical company for years. The polymerization plant determines the most reasonable temperature and time through the effect from the polymerization reaction’s temperature and time to the polymerization reaction’s rate of conversion,rotary viscosity and specific viscosity for experimental analysis. It determines the most reasonable initiator concentration and feed concentration through the effect from the polymerization reaction’s initiator concentration and feed concentration to the polymerization reaction’s rate of conversion,rotary viscosity and specific viscosity for experimental analysis,It determines the most reasonable initiator vacuum degree through the effect from the polymerization reaction’s vacuum degree to the polymerization reaction’s rate of conversion,rotary viscosity and specific viscosity for experimental analysis. At last,the main technological parameters of the polymerization plant is set.The spinning device determines the most reasonable of the jet plat,the material viscosity and the pressure of the jet,through the test analysis of the spinning device,the effect of the pressure and the viscosity of the material,on the spraying wire.Through the test analysis of the effect of air bath distance on the jet effect to determine the reasonable distance of the air bath Through the test analysis of the effect of coagulation bath on raw silk sectional shape,spray silk effect and tow operation effect to determine the reasonable bath temperature,circulation.Through the test analysis of the effect of drawing and washing effect on residual DMSO content and tow softness,to determine the reasonable drawing and water washing temperature.to determine reasonable drying temperature. Through the test analysis of drafting ratio influence on the degree of orientation,to determine the reasonable draft multiple and steam stretching ratio.Analyses the data of the original silk products after determining the spinning technology,to verify whether this process can meet the test requirements.
