| Nowadays, non-ferrous metal smelting industry developed rapidly, slag mineral processing technology has become an indispensable techonology in making full use of the precious resources of copper and iron in copper slag. However, non-ferrous metal smelting industry’s long production process, too much equipment and major accidents occurring now and then has brought difficulty to the production safety management. This paper had a field investigation for ore dressing production process in J non-ferrous metal smelting enterprises. It analyzed the existing safety management status to identify weaknesses and deficiencies through the analysis of past accidents, combined with the enterprise’s safety management documents, mineral production safety system operation rules and equipment inspection standards. Then used the job hazard analysis (JHA) to identify the ore dressing operation risk, and the corresponding risk and harmful factors with a systematic identification. Then had a systematic and conprehensive identification of the hazard source of ore dressing production process. Using the fault mode and effect analysis (FMEA) to analyze risk and risk factors may brought by the loses of expected function of selected equipment and facilities, and then symthesized equipment procurement, design, installation, use, maintenance, replacement and dumping these six part to analyze the factors lead to device failure.A feasible risk source control measures can be drfted and implemented through the comprehensive identification of risk sources in mineral processing production, and the reasonable evaluation and analysis of the severity of the result of hazardous and harmful factors. Analyzing job condition hazard of the dangers of mineral processing operations (LECD); taking risk matrix analysis method for the main production equipment and facilities; putting forward the hierarchical management mode of equipment and parts; analyzing the conveyer belt injury accident by accident tree analysis method (FTA) to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis. Finally, according to the result of risk analysis and evaluation, put forward specific risk control measures. |
