Study On The Governance System Of Deadline In China 's Water Pollution Prevention And Control Law

As a kind of environmental management system, the system is full of Chinese characteristics in the process of the establishment and development of our country.In the field of water pollution prevention and control,the system has a pivotal position.It also made a great contribution. However, the law on the prevention and control of water pollution within a time limit of governance system still exist some problems.And the problem lead to weaker its operability, law enforcement and set up some barriers to the environment.
