Ventila tion system is one of the important systems for underground mining with specia lsignifica nce in the mine safety ma nagement. Unstable airflow in ventilation system not onlyaffects the airflow distribution, but ma y also leads to gas accumula tion, even causing safetyproblems. Therefore, ma inta ining mine ventilation stability is essentia l for mine safety.In the thesis, concept of ventilation system stability is proposed while characteristics ofventilation system are analyzed . Factors that affect the stability of mine ventilation system,their significa nce, and their active range are discussed. Based on the theory of mineventilation, the relation among ventilation resista nce, airflow rate and air pressure undervarious conditions is analyzed . The ways to identify Cape unites branch were analyzed. Thereare based on the structure thorough, node position and network solution caculation. Analyzedthe property about Cape unites branches.For getting the indexes sign of measuring the ventilated system stability, the concept ofsensitivity is introduced which airflow rate changed follow ventilation resista nce. Calculatethe values of airflow sensitivity matrix by analysis method. Base on the nature of airflowsensitivity matrix, the analyses model of mine ventilation system is established. According tothe stability analyses model's target, key branch's definition and the selection principle, thekey branches, which influence ventilation system stablility, selection process is given.Classify key branches by different classification method. Combine with the adjustmentmethod of partial-area airflow, the airflow of key branches ma inta in stablility ways isanalyzed.Base on the computer graphics, ventilation network resolution theory and stabilityanalyses model of mine ventilation system, mine ventilation system stability analysessoftware was completed. Finally, Yuhua Coal Mine ventilation system stability was analyzed. Checking stability analyses method's effect and mine ventilation system daily safetyma nagement function by simply applica tion.
