The Research Of Legal Mechanisms On Controlling The Medical Waste In The Community

This paper analyzed the characteristics of the medical waste in the community level at first. The research clarified the relations of the generated features,the impact to the environment and the disposal methods of the community medical waste with the city planning,residents living habits,the awareness of environmental protection,and the level of social exonomic development, and furthermore explored control of medical waste generated in the community,the recycling and reuse of the resources,improving the regulatory functions of government and encourage to participate in the marketing operation mechamism.The first part of this paper researched the characteristic of the medical waste in the community and summarized five characteristics, the second part mainly focused on the medical waste, by analyzing the situation at present and introducing advanced experience of other countries find the suitable controlling principles to our country. Acording to the present circumstance,the third part of the paper proposed some constructive opinions on how to establish the main mechanisms and system mechanisms by draw on some developed contries,successful experience on laws and regulations.This paper mainly researched the medical waste concept,sort,environmental impact and the cause,the medical waste management and the status quo,with the existing laws and regulations ,discussed how to recycle and reuse the medical waste.
