The synthesis of thiocyanate using PEG400 as phase transfer catalyst under microwave irradiation and solvent-free condition was carried out. And oxidation of thiocyanates to sulphonyl cyanides, and the method of eliminateing protecitive groups of amino were studied. This thesis consists of four chapters.Chapter 1: PrefaceChapter 2: Aromatic thiocyanates are important intermediates in organic synthesis, and are more widely used. The solvent-free conditions, microwave assisted synthesis method were studied, and a series of aromatic thiocyanates were synthesized. The reaction can be finished in three minutes. Yield can reach up to 80% or more. This method is simple, efficient, environmentally friendly, and ?meets the requirements of the development of green chemistry.Chapter 3: Sulphonyl cyanides are important intermediates in organic synthesis, and are widely used for pharmaceutical industry. A new oxidation method were studied. The results showed that this method possess features of lower cost, higher yield, less pollution and mild conditions.Chapter 4: Amine compounds are sensitive in the reaction of oxidation and substitution. Amino group usually need to be protected. In the synthesis of colistimethate sodium we found that the sodium methylsulfonic can be eliminated on certain conditions. According to the findings we made further research, and hope that sodium methylsulfonic can be applied to a group of amino protection.
