In the process of oil well metering equipment upgrading, in order to achieve a digital, automatic and intelligent distributed measuring target of pumping site, it's very necessary to design a kind of low-cost and high-performance distributed integrated metering equipment which meets DL/T 614-2007, DL/T 645-2007 national industry standards with full consideration of the pumping distribution and operating characteristics.Based on electric energy metering technology, the thesis determines the design of the system after comprehensive consideration of pumping unit load cyclical fluctuation characteristics, needs of the distributed measurement, cost and so on. The metering equipment adopts system construction platform consisting of special three-phase electric energy metering IC ATT7022B and micro-controller chip STC89C58RD+.Its hardware mainly includes high accuracy transformer collection board, 5 electric energy detection boards, single-chip microcomputer control panel, power panel and LCD module. Not only can it completes 10 channels load voltages, currents, active powers, reactive powers, apparent powers, power factors, active energy and reactive energy accurate measurement tasks, but also it provides rich functions such as clearing energy, switching well number, accurately adjusting, communicating with host computer, low voltage alarm, storing measuring data and data protection against power down. Considering the particularity of pumping unit load and the effect of strokes on measurement, we propose special data processing algorithms on current, power and power factor such as"Finate Summing and Moving Average Algorithm","The Most Value Comparison and Moving Average Algorithm", design 3 switch modes including"instantaneous","average"and"most value"modes.Finally, by detailed on-site test on distributed comprehensive metering equipment, it shows that the hardware and software designs comply with the design requirements and measuring data basically meet the expected precision. It also proves the feasibility of system design by a large number of experimental debugging and on-site test results.
