| The paper has used the pumping units for the research object, studied and perfected the pumping units'fault diagnosis mechanism, and developed the corresponding system. Through real-time acquisition, processing, record and analysis, the characteristic parameters of the current and oil pressure and case pressure, the system can accurately judge the work status, diagnose faults, prompt to make maintenance and serve timely. It can increase crude oil production, reduce labor intensity, improve production efficiency and the oil-field management level.Fault diagnosis system consist of hardware and software. Hardware circuit includes current transformers, C8051F320 MCU, pressure-sensitive component. The acquisition are the current, oil pressure and case pressure. C8051F320 belong to SOC(System on a Chip), which intergrate A/D convert module. Such hardware circuit has small size, less power consumption and low cost. This design costs are far below the current level of data acquisition card, and make full use of the superior performance of embedded computer technology.Software function include slave-computer data acquisition, host computer intelligent fault diagnosis and display output, which use assembly language and C51 language programming mode and module development. Furthermore, host-computer construct BP neural network intelligent fault diagnosis center using Delphi development tool. The design project can be not only readable, easy to maintain and modify advantages, but also speed up the development progress and shorten the software development cycle.The system realizes real-time data acquisition, dynamic display and data storage. It intergrates three sets of data acquisition function about the motor current, oil pressure and case pressure. Moreover, host-computer take BP neural network to diagnose the faults. It makes analysis and diagnosis more scientific and meet the oil field actual situation.By analyzing testing and application data of the fault diagnosis system, the mechanism is proved not only to be correct, but also to meet the actual needs of the oil field production. |
