| Today,the problems of environment are increasingly severe. It becomes the hot topic to develop low-carbon economy,maintain the 'win-win' structure between economy decelopment and ecological safety. In the 11th five-year planning period,our country reduces the emission CODCr of water pollutants by exercising control on the total emission volumn. The control criterion is more and more stringent. So,the administer on decentralized pollution is more and more imperative.This study was about a reactor with granules and sludge filtering. It was made in the condition of the serious water dispersed diffused pollution. The reactor was so smart that it could save energy,and achieve industrialization. It could remove CODCr and NH3-N perfectly,so it was in favor of gray water reues. Moreover,one of the high points of this study was the sludge minimization under small animal's preying. Besides,one of the characteristics of it was sludge filtration.This study used returned sludge as vaccinal sludge. The sludge was from TUAN Island Sewage Treatment Plant Qing Dao. It used manual preparation of organic wastewater (flour wastewater). It detailed investigated the clutivation of the aerobic granules, removement of organics, removal of nitrogen, and sludge reduction. The main experimental results were listed as follows:(1) The aerobic granules sludge could be cultivated in our new reactor. And it was under the situation of volume loading reached 1.5 kgCODCr/(m3·d),and HRT was 24 h.(2) Under the situation of HRT 12 h,the volumetric organic loading rate of CODCr reached its highest level,5.0 kg/(m3·d). And it's removal of CODCr was about 97%.(3) The reactor was good at removing CODCr.And its organic loading capacity was also good. Effluent concentration of CODCr could be stabilized under 60 mg/L. It was far under the secondary standard of the Integrated wastewater discharge standard. Under the conditions of HRT 12~24 h,and CODCr concentration 1000~3000 mg/L,the volumetric organic loading rate 1.0~5.0 kgCODCr /(m3·d),its removal of CODCr was above 97%. (4) The effect of NH3-N's removing was good. Under the condition of the influent concentration of NH3-N was 90mg/L,its effluent concentration was under 20 mg/L steady. It was far under the secondary standard of the Integrated wastewater discharge standard. It was also satisfied with the requirements of one of the gray water reues,which was urban afforestation or building operations. Especially,under the conditions of HRT 13~14 h,and NH3-N volumetric loading rate 0.032~0.185 kg/(m3·d),the removal rate was above 80%.And its effluent concentration was under 15 mg/L. The minimum value was 5 mg/L. This all reflected the good removal of NH3-N of this new reactor.(5) The blood worms helped the system achieve sludge minimization. During the study,there were so many blood worms in the sludge of the anoxic and anaerobic areas. Even if the blood worms preyed on the sludge,the effluent quality was still good. Because of the blood worms,the sludge amount was reduced largely. This led the sludge minimization come true. |
