In this paper, 100,000 tons per year Ethylbenzene device simulation of the whole process was established. The device mainly by the reaction zone and the distillation sections, this modular approach used to model the device, solving the calculation. According Ethylbenzene device features built model based on physical and mathematical model of cell modules.Computational model based on physical properties of the main components of the critical nature of the boiling point, liquid molar volume, the standard boiling point of the latent heat of evaporation and heat capacity model; cell module has a balance of flash modules, heat exchanger module, alkylation module, transfer alkylation reaction module, fractionating tower module, pump module, industrial furnace module and reciprocating compressors module. The main program by simulation models of all calls, solving, process simulation using a dynamic simulation platform WCreateTM interface phenomena, simulated the actual production function of the operating system to realize the whole process simulation input and output with the actual production line, to realistic simulation training effectiveness.In this paper, the similarity of the process simulation, simulation accuracy and dynamic simulation of steady-state trends are discussed.
