This work focuses on the 2-(4-pyridyl)-imidazole ligands, under the solvothermal condition, by adding small organic molecules as templates, has successfully synthesized zeolitelike copper cyanide network structures and studied the in-situ reaction of ligands under solvothermal/hydrothermal conditions. These coordination compounds have been characterized by means of single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The synthesis of these compounds may provide a new approach for the construction of coordination polymers of 2-(4-pyridyl)-imidazole. The thesis could be divided into four chapters. In chapter 1, around the research background, the concepts of both supramolecular chemistry and crystal engineering were introduced in details ; Also, we introduce the coordination mode of cyanide ion and the development of copper cyanide network complexes in recent years; Moreover, it is still illuminated the background of obtain coordination compounds that via in situ reaction under solvothermal condition. Finally, the meaning of this work is also narrated. In chapter 2, we, according to the former result of the experiment and classic zeolite structure of silica tetrahedron characteristics, choose small organic molecules as template agent, throught ligands which play the role of provide protons and induction to fabricate the compound, we synthesized three complexes with anionic skeleton of copper cyanided network structure complexes. Moreover, fluorescence of these complexes were discussed. In chapter 3, we use the solvothermal method via in situ reaction condition got five complexes, and introduce the different effects of alkyl to construct the structure of complexes. We calculate the ligand electrostatic potential and charge distribution through Gaussian 09 program too. It is very well explained that Carbocation which produced at high temperature, could linked the part of the ligand that charge distribution are rich during in-situ reaction process. In chapter 4, it mainly concisely summarizes the content of the whole thesis; Also, the results obtained in this thesis, future application around those copper cyanided complexes and the in situ reaction of ligand have been discussed.
