In this paper, we adopt hydrothermal method at 180℃for 24h, and the fill factor was 68%. With the titanium trichloride as the precursor, using KOH to adjust the initial pH value, nano-TiO2 with different phase and morphology were synthesized. The effects of various pH on the crystallization of TiO2 were studied. When the pH is low(acid condition),the rutile TiO2 was synthesized;the anatase TiO2 was synthesized easily on the weak acid condition;with the pH increasing,on the strong alkali condition, the potassium titanate fibers were obtained because of high concentration KOH.Based on the earlier research,we adopt hydrothermal method at 180℃for 24h, and the fill factor was 68%. The anatase TiO2 was synthesized with the titanium trichloride as the precursor and KF as mineralizer. Through adding the trace quantities of different metals chlorid to initial response solution, the effects of metal ions on the crystallization of TiO2 were studied. Acid metal chlorid can influence the pH value of initial response solution, and then changed the product of Ti4+ during the reaction,so the product were the anatase and rutile TiO2 crystals. In addition, the metal ions has also affecte on the morphology of TiO2.We adopt hydrothermal method at 180℃for 24h, and the fill factor was 68%. The anatase and rutile TiO2 were synthesized with Ti(OH)4 as the precursor and NH4F,HF as the mineralizer. Under different mineralization environment , the morphology of TiO2 is very different. When the temperature is high, with TiCl3 as the precursor, the anatase TiO2 was synthesized . The crystal volume increases as temperature increasing.
