| The frame is an important part of pumping unit, which bears the whole weight of oil production extraction equipment and provides the space for movement of oil extraction equipment during the oil production process. The strength and stiffness of the Frame determines its stability and reliability, at the same time it must have advantages of saving steel, reducing weight, reducing labor intensity. Therefore, it is necessary to do static analysis, structural optimization, structural stability analysis and structural reliability analysis for the frame.This paper takes the frame of double-well pumping unit from SHENGLI Oil Production Technology Research Institute as the research objective; the mechanical performance, natural frequency, structural optimization, stability and reliability of the frame have been studied. The finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to do the static analysis for two kinds of frame of double-well pumping unit. The distribution of stress and strain is obtained as well as the stiffness of the frame, and the best structure of the frame is found by comparing.Research on the modal analysis of the frame is done used ANSYS,and the first six grades of natural frequency with corresponding vibration modes is obtained. The conclusion shows that the frame will not resonate with the external environment. By using elastic stability theory, the stability of the support beam and the composite beam was checked, and the composite beam was checked under two different conditions: considering and without considering the sheer stress. Finally, the analysis results shows that the frame is safe and local buckling will not occur; using ANSYS,the linear buckling and nonlinear buckling analysis is done, , the results show that Instability of the overall structure of the Frame will not happen.By using the method of program selection and ANSYS structural optimization module, the structure optimization has been completed. The optimal structure has been found and the weight of the frame has been reduced. The basic principles of the Monte Carlo method and response surface method have been studied; the reliability of the frame of double-well pumping unit is calculated and analyzed through comparison by using Monte Carlo method and response surface method respectively,the results show that the frame structure is reasonable and reliable. |
