Research On Drilling Cleaning Theory And Scaling System Design For Water Pipeline

Water pipeline is a kind of important oil extraction tools, GuDong oilfield injection water has a poor quality, with Ca²⁺ ion and HCO₃^- ion and sand, water pipeline scaling serious by prolonged use, result in a substantial diameter narrowed, water pressure drop, reduced water efficiency. Therefore water pipeline need regular cleaning. Current equipment can not cleaning effectively, number of scaling pipe which can not recycle, is facing scrap processing, which increased production costs. So the reseach on scaling has important significance.Drilling scaling is an ideal method. Scaling injection pipe belongs to deep drilling. The difference from conventional metal drilling is the various material and structure. For these characteristics, choose multi-tooth bit as a foundation. Established finite element model for static analysis, optimal design drill structure, created a new type of scaling drill. Carried out static and dynamic finite element analysis, provide a theoretical basis for follow-up design. Design new scaling drill geometric parameters, analysis chip capacity. Take the inside wall of injection pipe and scale as research object, static stress analysis showed that the drilling process of wall stress, verified the drill main cutting force and axial force can scaling effectively. Use CAD software modeling and assembly drilling equipment system; provide the basis for subsequent design and experiment.By improving the structure, distributed stress on multiple cutting teeth, improved cutting conditions. Compare chip capacity with blade drill, single edge drill, and multi-blade drill, the result shows that the new scaling drill improved the transmission effects of cutting fluid effectively. With more reasonable design on chip export, the new structure has some advantages in drilling scaling.
