Analysis Study Of Well Head Strength And Stability In YaCheng 13-4 Gas Field

Yacheng 13-4 gas field is located in Sanya City, Hainan Province, about 72km southwest of the northern South China Sea waters, Water depth of about 92m, the climate is tropical marine climate. Yacheng 13-4 gas field development program used in the design of subsea christmas tree,the subsea christmas tree is very weight, with BOP weight,wellhead is in larger force,add the impact of Ocean current and lateral force of jumper pipe,there are challenges with the wellhead stability. To ensure the construction of offshore drilling and completion and production operations the safety conditions,in this paper,based on Yacheng 13-4 gas fieldsubsea wellhead structure type and casing program,consideration of Yacheng 13-4 gas fiele area coplex sea conditions, as different style,wave,studied the strength and stability of the subsea wellhead. The paper identified Yacheng 13-4 gas subsea wellhead stability mechanical analysis model;Identified the calculation model of minimum depth into the soil of drilling marine riser and determined the minimum depeth into the soil of 30in drilling marine riser is 78m; Checked the strength and stability of subsea wellhead under drilling,completion, production operations,with finite element software; Through theoretical analysis,combined with field construction conditions,given Yacheng 13-4 gas field subsea wellhead proposals. Through the analysis and caculation,identified the minimum depth into the mud of drilling casing is 82.0m.Through research of this paper,provide a theoretical foundation and basis for Yacheng 13-4 gas field drilling and completion operations.
